DIMA Intelligence Marketing · Last updated June 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and run our business.

Who we are

DIMA Intelligence Marketing ("DIMA", "we", "us") provides Caribbean tourism intelligence and visitor-acquisition services to tourism authorities, destinations, airlines and hospitality partners.

Information we collect

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.

How we use it

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Calendly (consultation scheduling), Vercel (website hosting), and Google Fonts (typography). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies

Our own pages use no marketing or tracking cookies. The Calendly scheduling tool may set cookies that are necessary for booking to function when you open it.

Carnival and visitor data

DIMA's tourism-intelligence work uses first-party registration and transaction data licensed from carnival platforms, handled under separate commercial and data-licensing agreements. That work is not connected to your activity on this website.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, contact us at executiveassistant@dimaimarketing.com.
