This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and Signal’s Google account connection, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and run our business.
DIMA Intelligence ("DIMA", "we", "us") combines analytics and contextual understanding to support business decisions, including campaign intelligence through Signal and separately scoped bespoke work.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Calendly (consultation scheduling), Vercel (website hosting), and Google Fonts (typography). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Our own pages use no marketing or tracking cookies. The Calendly scheduling tool may set cookies that are necessary for booking to function when you open it.
Data permissions, purposes and handling arrangements for client work are agreed separately from website enquiries. Client records and campaign accounts are accessed through separately managed workspaces.
When an authorized workspace owner connects a Google account, Signal uses the account’s identifier and verified email address to identify the sending account. Signal requests permission to send email through Gmail. It does not request permission to read your inbox, manage existing messages or access your Google contacts. Connecting an account does not by itself authorize a campaign or enable sending.
For authorized sending, Signal transmits the recipient address and message content to Google and records the submission outcome, including the message identifier returned by Gmail when available. Account identity and access and refresh tokens are encrypted in Signal’s server-side storage. Tokens are used to maintain the connection and submit authorized messages; they are not returned to the browser. Google/Firebase provides authentication and Google provides email delivery; Cloudflare hosts Signal and its application data. Signal uses necessary session and connection cookies to secure access.
Signal does not use data obtained through Google APIs to train cross-client models. The Google connection is used for account identification and authorized email delivery, not to read mailbox history or compare clients.
Disconnecting removes the connection’s current tokens and pending authorization flows from Signal’s operational database. Disconnecting alone does not revoke Google’s permission. The separate revoke option also asks Google to remove that permission; if revocation cannot be confirmed, remove Signal’s access in your Google Account. Disconnecting does not delete emails already sent or existing campaign and delivery records.
Completing a campaign removes it from the client’s active-campaign view; this is not deletion of underlying records. Campaign and delivery records are handled separately from the Google connection.
